ABOUT ARIONEO

Arioneo is a French company that specializes in the development and commercialization of health and performance analysis solutions for equine athletes. Our products and services are developed and tested by consumate experts in their fields. The goods and services provided by by Arioneo include,   (electronics, embedded software, design, web and mobile, algorithms, physiology of the equine athlete). With the guidance and advise of experienced veterinarians, equine professionals and PhD’s in biomechanics, we can ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our algorithms.

Our mission is to improve the performance, health and well-being of equine athletes through these new technologies. Our health and performance monitoring system, the Equimetre,  is now in an acceleration phase. At the  present time, we are working in  over 30 countries, and with nearly 500 trainers worldwide. With this in mind, we are looking for a dynamic individual to assist our sales manager for a period of 4 to 6 months.  This position would provide support to our sales team under the direction of the sales manager.

MISSIONS

Reporting to the CEO, you will join the sales team and develop Arioneo’s business to reach a new dimension. You have the spirit of initiative and wish to participate in an entrepreneurial adventure in a passionate environment. This versatile position allows you to write your own mission in order to achieve and exceed your objectives. All your ideas and project proposals will serve the following objectives:

  • Participate in the commercialization of our EQUIMETRE solution to  flat race, harness and jump trainers worldwide, both remotely and/or in the field.
  • Phone/physical prospecting to help and improve the work of our sales team.
  • Understanding the needs of your prospects to offer them a suitable solution.
  • Creating a sales pipeline to generate qualified leads for our field representatives.
  • Detecting new market opportunities.
  • Participation in trade shows in France and abroad.
  • Daily update of sales KPIs and use of CRM (Hubspot).
  • Permanent relations with the marketing team to bring up the needs of the field.
  • You will participate in the life of Arioneo by being a source of proposals.
PROFIL RECHERCHÉ
  • You are motivated, curious and know how to work in a team as well as independently.
  • You are not afraid to prospect in person or on the phone and have excellent interpersonal skills.
  • You are brimming with project ideas to take Arioneo into a new business dimension.
  • You are at business school or are studying for a master’s degree in business.
  • You have knowledge of the racing industry.
  • Your organisational skills and rigour will enable you to manage your own schedule.
  • You will be able to develop a portfolio of clients thanks to your initiative.
  • You are bilingual in French and English.
