A racehorse’s team includes many people with varied missions: trainers, owners, training riders, jockeys, veterinarians, farrier… They all share the major challenge of communicating the necessary information for the proper development of the horse’s performance and health. At the center of this complex communication system is the key triptych: the trainer, the veterinarian, the owner. For them communication issues are also a question of image for their stable or their clinic within the industry, at a time when building a community around a brand is an mandatory marketing step. OWNER – TRAINER RELATIONSHIP
Each trainer maintains a special relationship with his owners, privileged, more or less close, within the framework of a partnership at the centre of which is the racehorse. Among the regular topics of discussion, trainers and owners discuss together the horse’s fitness, training abilities, future entries and choice of riders. On a daily basis, a few key data shared according to the trainer’s preferences can give owners concrete insights into the progress of their horses by establishing a relationship of trust.
