Our health and performance monitoring system, the Equimetre, is now in an acceleration phase. At the present time, we are working in over 30 countries, and with nearly 600 trainers worldwide.

 THE OPPORTUNITY 

We are looking for an International Business Developer to join our team of Sales Superstars. Office is located in Paris but you’ll have the possibility to work remotely specially if you live in the US, UK or Australia. Otherwise, have your suitcase ready as you’ll have the opportunity to travel in various countries including Europe, the US and Australia. You will be responsible for the acquisition of new customers, with a focus on racehorse trainers, to boost EQUIMETRE’s business proposition for ARIONEO to stay the leading equine wearable technology provider.

       WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING 

      • Market EQUIMETRE racing solution worldwide to racehorse trainers and vets, both remotely and/or in the field
      • Prepare and present product demonstrations booked by the team or by yourself.
      • Participation in racing event.
      • Collaborate and work with different members of the marketing and tech teams to bring up the needs of the field.
      • Follow up with customers and educate them on new features and releases
      • Become an ARIONEO product expert and gather feedback from our prospects and customers to drive continuous improvement across all areas including product to the tech and marketing team.

         EXPERIENCE & PROFILE 

        • Fluent in English, Spanish is a plus (French is not mandatory)
        • A good knowledge of the horse racing industry
        • 2 years of Account Executive experience preferably in the horse industry.
        • A passion for the whole sales process, including both business development and the closing of business.
        • Proficiency with CRM systems, including HubSpot.
        • Experience managing pipeline and hitting their revenue targets
        • Demonstrated experience in negotiating and successfully closing deals.
        • Excellent presentation and communication skills both with customers and internally with colleagues.
        • Excellent organisation skills, and the ability to prioritise your workload.
        • An enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment.
