POSITION OVERVIEW
We are looking for a Sales & Client Success Consultant to lead Arioneo’s commercial development and customer relationships across Australia.
This role combines business development, account management, and technical support to ensure strong adoption and long-term customer success.
The position reports to the Managing Director and works closely with global sales, customer success, and product teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Business Development
Drive new sales across Australia by:
- Identifying and prospecting trainers, owners, and veterinary clinics
- Conducting product demonstrations and presentations
- Managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
- Developing relationships with key racing stakeholders
- Client Success & Account Management
Ensure long-term customer satisfaction by:
- Leading onboarding and training for new customers
- Supporting clients in their use of Arioneo solutions
- Managing renewals and subscription retention
- Acting as the main point of contact for local customers
- Market Development
Strengthen Arioneo’s presence in Australia by:
- Building partnerships with racing authorities and industry organizations
- Representing Arioneo at events, trade shows and online
- Providing market feedback to product and leadership teams
- Support & Operational Coordination
- Coordinate logistics for hardware deployment
- Support troubleshooting and basic technical assistance
- Collaborate with international teams on customer projects
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Experience
- Experience in sales, account management, or business development
- Experience in racing, equine industry, or sports technology is highly valued
- Proven ability to manage a full sales cycle
Skills
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Autonomous and entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients
- Comfortable with CRM tools and data-driven sales approaches

- Passion for the racing or equine industry
- Strong customer orientation
- Field-oriented and willing to travel regularly
